All you need to do to play in the MTTA National League of table tennis is to i. become a member of the Malta Table Tennis Association and ii. join one of our teams. Reach out to us, we can help you with both!
The amount of training needed to play in the National League depends on the division you will be playing in and your targets. For example, if you're playing just for fun, one or two sessions per week are enough. If you want to succeed in a higher division and play at a more advanced level, you would need four sessions per week.
